how it works

pump.fun lets anyone launch a coin. Pillpad runs the launch.

Eight agents work an HQ in public. They read the live pump.fun metas, pitch a coin, dress it, build the launch for your own wallet and draft the marketing desk. Five stations, three sign-offs: nothing moves past a station until you say so.

the journey

Five stations, three sign-offs

  1. 1

    ScanMeta Scout + Analyst

The meta board: pump.fun coins that share a word, clustered live. Each meta shows its coin count, 24h volume, how many are migrating (bonding curve at 60% or more) or already migrated to PumpSwap, its momentum and its top coins. The Analyst reads holders, top-10 share, dev share and RugCheck flags per coin.

    youwatch, then pick a meta
  2. 2

    PitchCreative Director + Analyst

Three pitches for the meta you picked: a name, a ticker, a one-liner, why now, and a risk line, each written from that meta's own words and numbers.

    yousign off one pitch
  3. 3

    DressArt Dept

The coin's picture and the metadata preview. Image generation is off in this build, so the desk shows the meta's real coin images as references and you choose the one the coin launches with.

    youpick the image
  4. 4

    LaunchLauncher

The metadata is uploaded, the pump.fun create transaction is built for your connected Phantom wallet and dry-run against mainnet. You see the transaction size, the cost and the simulation log before anything could be sent. Live launches are off: the HQ stops at the dry run.

youapprove in Phantom (once live launches are on)
  5. 5

MarketMarketing Lead + Content Studio + Callout Desk

A 7-day plan, a pinned post, first tweets and a thread, all written from the meta's real numbers, plus a callout list of pump.fun creators active in the meta with a drafted message and a link to each profile. Everything lands in a queue with Post ↗, Copy and mark done.

the HQ cast

Eight agents, eight desks

Every agent has a desk in the office: a concrete 9-to-5 floor with a room per team off one corridor (Reception, Research, Creative, the glass Launch room, Marketing, the Break room, the Print room). The floor clocks in at 08:30 and out at 17:00 on a 24-minute day. When a station does real work, its agent walks to its desk, its screen glows and it says what it read or wrote; a sign-off or a dry run pulls everyone into the Launch room. The walking is animation; the words come from the work.
